UK copyright laws cover the 'Pure Wedding Stationary' brand, owned by Pure Publishing, created in December 2022 and all associated logos and designs. Pure Publishing is a service owned and developed by Jonathan Relf. Any reference in the following statements to 'Pure Wedding Stationary' or 'Pure Publishing' also refers to the owner, Jonathan Relf.

Terms and Conditions for using, ordering, and purchasing wedding stationary from the Pure Wedding Stationary website:

 

  1. By using our website and placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to these terms and conditions in full. You must not use our website or place an order if you do not agree to these terms and conditions.

  2. All items on our website are made-to-order and cannot be refunded unless there is a defect or issue with the product. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within seven days of receiving your order, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

  3. Delivery of all products will take 2-3 weeks once the order is placed. We will provide you with a tracking number and estimated delivery date once your order has been shipped. Pure Wedding Stationary is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by any third party, including but not limited to shipping carrier delays or strike actions.

  4. Invitations, Save the Date and Thank You Cards are sold in packs of 20. It is the responsibility of the customer to specify the desired quantity at the time of purchase. Pure Wedding Stationary will not be held liable for any incorrect amounts ordered by the customer.

  5. By placing an order on our website, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any errors or delays caused by incorrect information provided at the time of order, including but not limited to any spelling mistakes or wrong dates entered.

  6. Pure Wedding Stationary reserves the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason.

  7. Pure Wedding Stationary reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.

  8. All designs and images displayed on this website are the property of Pure Publishing and are protected by copyright laws. Any unauthorised use or reproduction of these designs and images is strictly prohibited.

  9. Our website is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years old.

  10. Pure Wedding Stationary will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of our website, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
